This website is operated by Magnus-Energy Corporation (SEC Reg. No. 2021040010245-08), Unit 4, The Louvre Spaces, South Road, Bagacay, Dumaguete City 6200, Negros Oriental, Philippines. By using it you accept these terms.

Indicative figures are not offers

Every capacity, tariff, saving and percentage on this site is indicative and stated as of a date. Savings figures produced by the term sheet generator and by the savings explainer are estimates derived from the inputs you provide and from published reference rates; they are not guarantees of performance or of price, and actual results depend on your tariff class, load profile, roof area, site conditions and distribution utility.

A term sheet generated on this site is expressly non-binding and indicative. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and final terms are subject to site assessment, credit review and Magnus approval. Nothing on this site creates a contract between you and Magnus.

Accuracy of our figures

We publish operational and financial figures with the date they are true as of and the basis on which they are stated. Where a figure is a management representation rather than an audited or filed one, we label it. Figures may be superseded; the version on this site is the current one.

Your account

Signing in with Google is used solely to confirm the email address a term sheet is sent to. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for keeping access to your own account secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit false information, to generate documents you do not intend to use in good faith, to circumvent our rate limits, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

Intellectual property

The Magnus name, the flame-M mark, the site’s design, photography and text are our property or are used with permission. Third-party names referred to on this site remain the property of their owners.

Liability

We provide this site and the documents it generates on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on an indicative figure published here without a site-specific proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental have exclusive jurisdiction.
